This proceeding is an application by Albert J. Davis and Joseph Wicklund, as relators, for a writ of mandate directed to the Honorable Harold A. Seering, one of the judges of the superior court for King county, requiring him to fix the amount of the bond required by Rule on Ap*182peal 24, 34A Wn. (2d) 27, to keep a temporary injunction in effect during the pendency of an appeal.
