LUMBARD, Circuit Judge:
Appellant, Sanko Steamship Co., Ltd., the unsuccessful party in an arbitration conducted under a New York Produce Exchange Arbitration Clause and pursuant to the rules of the Society of Maritime Arbitrators, seeks a rehearing of a charter dispute by an impartial panel of arbitrators.
