This is an appeal from a judgment based upon a verdict instructed for appellees, upon the ground that they had acquired title by five years' limitations to the interest sued for by appellants in the Henry Parker league. The amended petition was filed by James H. Burnham, Frederick Parker Burnham, Kate E. Burnham, sole devisee of Charles E. Burnham, Herbert O. Farjeon, Emma Irene Legge and husband, Robt. T.
