The judgment appealed from herein is as follows: “It Is Hereby Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed : 1. That defendant and cross-complainant, Geraldine Way Larke, is the owner in fee simple and entitled to the possession of that certain real property described in Exhibit ‘A’ hereof, excepting therefrom that portion thereof described in Exhibit ‘C’ hereof. 2.
