This action was commenced to enjoin certain officials of the city of Oakland from enforcing an ordinance the alleged purpose of which was and is to regulate and control the erection and maintenance of public garages in said city. The defendants answered. The plaintiffs moved for judgment on the pleadings. The motion was granted and a judgment of injunction as prayed for in the complaint was entered.
