The First Presbyterian and the First Christian churches of Woodward, corporations, as plaintiffs, had permanent injunction against J. T. McPherson, preventing him from erecting a “drive-in” oil and gas filling station on his lote. Parties will be referred to as they thus appeared in the trial court. Defendant appeals. Being in equity, the cause was tried to the court and judgment rendered at the conclusion of the evidence of .both parties.
