OPINION

BRUGGINK, Judge.

This is an action brought under the Federal Employees Pay Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 5541 et seq. (2000) (“FEPA”) by numerous current and former employees of the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) seeking compensation for overtime work. There are several hundred plaintiffs involved in this and other similar actions against the BOP. Pending are cross-motions for partial summary judgment with respect to one of ten remaining plaintiffs in this case, Craig Chalmers (“plaintiff’).
