State v. Stewart
North Dakota Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
SANDSTROM, Justice.
[¶ 1] Tamri Dawn Stewart appeals from a criminal judgment entered on a conditional plea of guilty to class C felony abuse or neglect of a child, reserving the right to challenge the district court’s deni al of her motion to suppress evidence.
