This is a bill for an injunction to restrain the prosecutor of the pleas of Hudson county from destroying certain vending machines, under the Criminal Procedure act. Comp. Stat. p. 1875 § 168.

The defendant, as the prosecuting officer of Hudson county, has seized a large number of machines that had been placed by the complainant in a warehouse in Jersey City, upon the ground that the same were intended to be used for gambling purposes within the intent and meaning of the statute mentioned.
