By this bill the complainant seeks to restrain the defendants, the Prosecutor of the Pleas of Monmouth County, and the chief of detectives of that county, their agents, c., from interfering with complainant's business conducted on the Asbury Park boardwalk under lease and license from that city. On the filing of the bill of complaint an order to show cause with temporary restraint was issued, and the matter now comes before the court on the return of that order.
