This is a securities fraud class action brought on behalf of persons who purchased First Solar, Inc. stock between April 30, 2008 and February 28, 2012 (the “Class Period”). First Solar designs and manufactures solar panel modules, and its stock is publicly traded on the NASDAQ Global Market (“NASDAQ”).
