The matter before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion For Class Certification (the *1119"Motion"). (Dkt. No. 95.) The Motion is fully briefed.
I. BACKGROUND
The operative complaint, filed by Lead Plaintiff Stratesis, LLC, asserts two causes of action: (1) violation of Sections 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act (the "Act"), 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b) and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5 ; and (2) violation of Section 20(a) of the Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78t(a).
