I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion for class certification pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23. Plaintiffs bring claims for violations of section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder against two corporate defendants — Barclays PLC and Barclays Capital Inc.
