Defendant appeals his convictions for unauthorized use of a vehicle, ORS 164.135(l)(a), possession of a stolen vehicle, ORS 819.300, and giving false information to a peace officer, ORS 162.385. Defendant asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. Defendant contends that the officer had no reasonable suspicion to stop defendant, and his subsequent arrest was not supported by probable cause.
