Defendant was convicted of two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle (UUV), ORS 164.135, one count of identity theft, ORS 165.800, and one count of possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894. On appeal, defendant assigns error to the trial court’s denial of her motion to suppress “all oral and physical evidence obtained as a result of the stops and arrests of the defendant by the Portland Police Bureau.” Defendant was arrested twice, once on September 9, 2012, and again on October 17, 2012.
