The action was one to compel performance of a gas-purchase contract, and to recover damages for nonperformance. Plaintiffs prevailed, and defendants appeal.
*288The district court made extended findings of fact, based on voluminous evidence, introduced in support of issues formed by pleadings, the framing of which consumes 88 pages of the abstract.
