¶ 1 On June 24, 2009, the Oklahoma Bar Association (Bar) filed a complaint pursuant to Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP) against Walter D. Murdock alleging violation of Rule 1.3 RGDP, 5 O.S.2001, Ch. 1, App. 1-A. 1 The complaint states that on June 28, 2008, Walter D.
