Boston Scientific Corp. and Target Therapeutics, Inc. 1 (“Plaintiffs,” or collectively, “Boston Scientific”) bring this action against Micrus Corp. (“Defendant” or “Micrus”) for alleged patent infringement of two patents relating to methods and devices for treating vascular medical problems.
