INTRODUCTION
Pending before the Court are Defendant Xycarb Ceramic’s (“Xycarb”) motion to bifurcate this action into two trials — one for liability and one for damages — and Plaintiff Lam Research Corporation’s (“Lam”) motion for partial summary judgment.
