OPALA, Justice.
Appellant, Forrest E. Eddy [Eddy], sought to recover — under two theories of liability — actual and exemplary damages against his employer, Texaco Inc. [Texaco], his supervisor, John ,L. Brown, Jr. [Brown] and his foreman, Dallas D. Wilson, Jr. [Wilson], all of whom will be called collectively “employer,” for the tort of outrage 1 and invasion of privacy.
