STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-appellants, (Greenco) and Howard Moore (Moore), appeal the decision of the Putnam Circuit Court, which granted an easement in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Nancy May, d/b/a Mo-non Grill, over the Greenco property. Greenco, Inc.

We reverse.
