[¶ 1] Mark Elliott appeals from judgments of conviction of stalking (Class D), 17-A M.R.S. § 210-A(1)(A)(1) (2007) (amended 2008), 1 and violating a protective order (Class D), 19-A M.R.S. § 4011(1) (2009), 2 entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Wamn, J.) after a jury trial.
