[¶ 1] Duane Christopher Waterman appeals from judgments entered and sentences imposed upon his conviction for two counts of murder, 17-A M.R.S. § 201(1)(A) (2009), following a jury trial in the Superi- or Court (Oxford County, Cole, J.).
