This matter is before the Court pursuant to the Motion of Kawasaki Leasing International, Ltd. (“Kawasaki”) for an Order Reappointing them to the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (“Committee”). A hearing on this matter was held March 23, 1992 after which the motion was taken under advisement and a minute entry was entered denying this motion after which this opinion and order follows.
