This matter comes before the Court on the appeal of the United States Trustee from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court, ordering that Firstar Trust Company and First Bank (N.A.), indenture trustees of the debtor (hereinafter “the indenture trustees”), be appointed as full voting members of the unsecured creditors’ committee in the bankruptcy case of In re Value Merchants, Inc.
