C.T.E. Hayward and I.G. Watt, joint liquidators (the “Liquidators) of Drexel Burn-ham Lambert Finance Ltd., seek an order, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1102 (1986), directing the United States Trustee to appoint them to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”)- The motion is opposed by the United States Trustee (the “U.S. Trustee”) and the Committee.
