MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BLAIR, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a former market representative of Rubbermaid, brought this employment discrimination suit pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219.1 She claims that she, and the class she purports to represent, have been discriminated against on the basis of their sex.
