Plaintiff Afros, S.p.A. (“Afros”) has brought suit against Krauss-Maffei Corporation (“KMC”), a Delaware corporation, *129alleging infringement of Afros’ United States Letters Patent No. 4, 332, 335. KMC denies any infringement and counterclaims for Afros’ alleged infringement of its patents 3,706, 515 and 3, 975,128.
