Pending before the Court is Petitioner’s motion for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254, requesting that her Commonwealth court conviction be set aside. Docket # 2. Puerto Rico’s Secretary of Justice moves for dismissal alleging Petitioner’s claims are time-barred, and that she failed to exhaust administrative remedies. Docket #26.
