Appellants Gerlinda Martin stice. are wife and husband, appeal the trial court’s order of summary judgment in favor of appellees James Arthur, M.D., Allan Gocio, M.D., and Hot Springs Neurosurgery Clinic, P.A., and the order of dismissal in favor of appellee Calcitek, Inc.
