This appeal is from an order ice. summary judgment in favor of the appellees, Stewart Essex and Turpin Funeral Home. The appellants, Carl Crockett, Monica Crockett, and Michael Crockett (“the Crocketts”), who were the plaintiffs before the trial court, contended in their direct appeal that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Essex and the funeral home.
