MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for sanctions and related relief for discovery abuses perpetrated by the District of Columbia through its employees and attorneys. Plaintiffs argue that the District violated two Orders of this Court in failing to produce responsive documents in a timely manner. The District admits that it has erred on several occasions throughout the discovery process but argues that plaintiffs’ requested relief is unwarranted.
