I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on a motion filed by two of the three defendants in this qui tam action, Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. (“CDI”) and Medical Scanning Consultants P.A. (collectively, “defendants”), to dismiss Counts I, II, and III of the plaintiffs/relators’ third amended complaint (the “TAC”).
