THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Motion to Dismiss filed by the alleged Debtor, Biogenetic Technologies, Inc.

Biologies, Inc. (Biologies) filed an involuntary chapter 7 petition against Biogenetic Technologies, Inc.- (Biogenetic), and Biogenetic subsequently filed a Motion to Dismiss the involuntary petition.
