ARTHUR B. BRISKMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on the Involuntary Petition (Doc. No. 1) (“Petition”) filed by R.W. Cuthill, Jr. (“Cut-hill”), on behalf of Evergreen Security, Ltd. (“Evergreen”) as the petitioning creditor, against J. Anthony Huggins, the alleged Involuntary Debtor herein (“Debtor” or “Huggins”), and the Debtor’s Answer thereto (Doc. No. 9). Evidentiary hearings were conducted on July 26, 2006 and February 22, 2007 at which the Debtor, Cuthill, counsel for Cuthill, and Leigh R. Meininger, the Chapter 7 Trustee, were present.
