OPINION AND ORDER

This case is before the court upon the motion for summary judgment to dismiss the involuntary petition filed by Dr. Edgar Abner Reyes Colón (hereinafter referred to as “Involuntary Debtor” or “Dr. Reyes”) alleging that Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (hereinafter referred to as “Banco Popular” or “BPPR”) and its affiliate Popular Auto, Inc.
