AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

An involuntary Chapter 11 petition was filed against this debtor on May 4, 1993. The debtor controverted this petition pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303(h) on May 28, 1993. A hearing was held on June 18, 1993. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A) and (O) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1). For the reasons set forth below, I find that petitioners have failed to prove that claims in the aggregate of at least $5,000 are not subject to a bona fide dispute, and…
