OPINION AND REMAND ORDER

This matter is before the court on plaintiffs objection to defendants’ notice of removal. For the reasons set forth below, this matter is REMANDED to the Circuit Court for the City of Suffolk, Virginia.
On February 25, 2004, plaintiff filed a motion for judgment in the Circuit Court for the City of Suffolk, Virginia, seeking compensatory and punitive damages in the amount of $100,000.
