DUFFY, District Judge.
This matter is before the court upon Plaintiff Fred Burbage’s (“Burbage”) Motion to Remand. For the reasons set forth herein, the court grants Plaintiffs Motion.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Burbage originally filed this action for debt collection and mortgage foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Dorchester County, South Carolina, on October 12, 2005.
