In this appeal from a judgment in a tort action, we consider whether the trial court erred: 1) in striking the plaintiffs evidence of defamation; and 2) in barring the plaintiff from introducing in her case in chief the defendant’s original responses to the plaintiffs request for admissions, which had been amended prior to trial.
