Plaintiffs have commenced this action against the City of Tacoma to recover damages for injuries plaintiff Wayne Hodgins inflicted'.upon himself while he was in the city jail. It is plaintiff’s contention that the jail employees did not exercise reasonable care to protect an obviously insane person from injuring himself. Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment based upon a jury verdict for defendant. Plaintiff Wayne Hodgins will be referred to in the singular.
