OPINION AND ORDER
KOELTL, District Judge:
The plaintiff, Center for Radio Information (“CRI”), has moved to remand this case to state court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447, on the basis that the Court does not have diversity jurisdiction over the action under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The defendants, Bethlehem Publishing and Martin Herbst, oppose the plaintiffs motion and have cross-moved for the dismissal of certain claims against them. After hearing oral argument on the motions, and conducting an evidentiary hearing on the issue of the citizenship of the defendants, the Court grants the plaintiffs…
