MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Neat-N-Tidy Co, Inc. (“Neat-N-Tidy”) brings this action to recover damages for breach of contract, tortious interference with business and contractual relations, and conspiracy to interfere with business and contractual rights, and alleges jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
