MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD J. HOLWELL, District Judge.
Before the Court is plaintiff Thelma Felipe’s motion to remand this action to state court. Plaintiff alleges that on or about September 9, 2007, she slipped and fell while inside a store (“store”) operated, maintained, controlled, and managed by defendant Target Corporation (“Target”). Plaintiff brought suit against defendants in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Bronx, seeking to recover for severe injuries resulting from her fall.
