This is an action filed in the circuit court by the plaintiff, Jacob E. Eoberts, for a judicial review of an order of the defendant, State Unemployment Compensation Commission, denying his claim for benefits under the unemployment compensation law. This review proceeding is authorized by OES 657.285. The circuit court affirmed the order of the commission and the plaintiff has appealed. We will refer to the defendant as the “commission” and the unemployment compensation law as “the act.”
