An executive appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of his former employer in a dispute over whether the employer was contractually obligated to provide him with vested stock options. The employer contends the parties did not agree when the stock options would vest and, as a result, the purported stock options agreement was uncertain and unenforceable.
