This is an appeal from an order overruling demurrers to four separate causes of action set forth in respondent’s amended complaint. All four causes of action grew out of an automobile liability insurance policy issued *142by the defendant to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is the publisher of a newspaper in the city of Milwaukee.
