The appellant, Thelma C. Tharp, and the appellee’s decedent, Arthur Morrison, were one time husband and wife, and during the period of such relationship they acquired an equity in real estate, bank accounts, a postal savings account and a number of United States savings bonds, series “E,” all of which property they held in their joint names with right of survivorship.
