The petitioner contends: (1) She is the sole owner of the bonds on the basis of the ownership vested in her upon théir issuance by virtue of the United States treasury regulations which form a part of the contract between the United States government and the persons named as owners of the bonds; (2) the judgment of divorce was ineffectual to deprive her of such ownership because of the treasury regulations and of the defective nature of the judgment; and (3) the imposition of a constructive trust was not warranted on the facts.
