The executor of the estate of Florence Hendricksen, deceased, filed an application in the probate proceedings in the county court of Douglas County for a declaratory judgment to have the proceeds of certain United States Saving Bonds, Series G, held by Ethel V. Kelley the daughter of the deceased and a residuary legatee under the will, to be declared assets of the estate.
